I, too, stand on the shoulder of giants. I scour new and timeless wisdom from the best thinkers, researchers, teachers, innovators, coaches, and spiritual leaders to bring the right insights and tools to serve my clients.
As a psychology practitioner, I am naturally curious about the human mind and capabilities, and I offer that same curiosity to drive the coaching process of discovery and illumination to help you get unstuck and spark action.
My top character strengths are Love of Learning, Humour, and Honesty and I offer these strengths in our coaching sessions.
